Summary: Performs a variety of clerical duties, including answering telephones, entering customer orders, assisting with employee on-boarding, assisting customers via phone or email, office machine operation and filing.
Prior office experience and MS Office experience, a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Enter daily customer orders and print production tickets.
Answers telephones, directs calls, and takes messages.
Uses MS Office and Teams to perform duties.
Check daily customer delivery tickets for accuracy and correct, as needed.
Compiles, copies, sorts and files records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
Operates office machines, such as copiers, scanners, and computers.
Types, formats, proofreads and edits correspondence, reports and other documents.
Reviews files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
Processes and prepares documents.
Communicates with customers, employees and others to answer questions; disseminates or explains information; and addresses complaints.
Assist with AR collections.
Troubleshoots problems involving office equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
