Pay Range
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address recurring customer concerns.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management based on customer interactions and experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is preferred.
