National General Contractor Seeking a Senior Superintendent in the Northern California Region (East Bay Area).
CORE is seeking a results-oriented Senior Superintendent with experience in large scale construction to join our Northern California team. The Senior Superintendent will manage a singular large project and/or multiple project teams throughout the East Bay area to meet or exceed company and client expectations. The projects may range to over $100 million in construction costs.
The Employee’s Primary Responsibility Will Be For All Onsite Activities Of a Construction Project Ranging From Start-up To Punch-out, Including

The Employee’s Primary Responsibility Will Be For All Onsite Activities Of a Construction Project Ranging From Start-up To Punch-out, Including
- Coaching subcontractors on safe construction practices
- Quality control, ensuring all subcontractor deficiencies are corrected
- Maintaining the project schedule and establishing the critical path for subs and vendors
- Facilitating and encouraging subcontractor coordination
- Working with design team and owner to overcome challenges / unforeseen conditions
- Reviewing all drawings, specifications and submittals
- Daily progress reports and weekly schedule updates

Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years construction experience
- Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Complete and detailed experience with subcontractor and construction sequencing
- Understanding of ASI’s RFI’s and Material Submittals
- Technology: Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project and Procore
- Experience with LLB and/or Design/Build delivery methods
- Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
- Advanced understanding of drawings and specifications as well as constructability
- Proficient in Microsoft Project Scheduling Software
- Experience in K-12 Lease-Lease Back & Design Build Projects is preferred
- Experience with Lean Construction Practices is preferred
