The Triage Analyst is responsible for managing and organizing incoming fraud-related referrals and ensuring all cases are accurately logged in the AFID tracking system. This role is critical in maintaining efficient workflows, enabling the fraud team to focus on investigations and resolution.

The Triage Analyst is responsible for managing and organizing incoming fraud-related referrals and ensuring all cases are accurately logged in the AFID tracking system. This role is critical in maintaining efficient workflows, enabling the fraud team to focus on investigations and resolution.

- Review and log all incoming fraud referrals into the AFID tracker daily with precision and accuracy.
- Report daily logged items to the Director of Investigations to be assigned to fraud analysts.
- Ensure proper escalation process is followed.
- Monitor and manage the triage queue to maintain consistent case flow and prevent backlogs.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming referrals, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders submitting fraud reports.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements in the triage workflow.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 years' experience in an administrative, operational, or data entry role, preferably within fraud, compliance, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with case management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with fraud detection, compliance, or investigations processes is a plus
- Experience with tracking systems or databases used in case management is a plus
