Job Summary
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care in an institutional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Apply nursing skills to provide quality care and treatment to inmates/residents.
- Participate in sick call with the physician, preparing a list of inmates/residents for examination and ensuring the examining room and equipment are prepared.
- Operate pill call, dispense medication, and document according to established policies and procedures.
- Maintain control over medication, syringes, and other medical supplies/equipment, adhering to inventory procedures.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all medical records.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an approved school of nursing with a certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
