Job Description:
Job responsibilities:
- The individual will be responsible for unique projects such as assisting in the updating of organizational brochures, marketing information such as videos, and support in generating presentations.
- The candidate will act as a point of contact for internal and field project management teams for EEC Si demonstrations and customer visits. Duties include communicating dates and managing schedules with a variety of the client and customer contacts.
- Manage the actual visits, including scheduling conference rooms, arranging meal requirements, coordinating tours, communicating details of local and events and attractions, and greeting customers and client teams.
- The position entails aspects of facility management as well. Other duties can and will be assigned as necessary to fulfill the customer experience requirement.
- The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a solid ability to communicate both verbally and written. Must be fluent with Google products, nice-to-have Microsoft products knowledge, and possess overall strong computer skills.
- Must be reliable and flexible to assume and complete a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working with customers and coordinating and scheduling customer events
Experience:
- Prior experience in a direct customer interfacing role is required.
- 1-2 years of experience working with customers and coordinating and scheduling customer events
Must-have Skills:
- Friendly and welcoming, professional appearance and attitude, experience interacting with customers face to face and need to have intermediate level computer skills, proactive, Attention to Detail, Multitasking Abilities.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Google suites (Google mail and spreadsheet) - The client uses the product family Google suite.
- Experience preparing presentation and presenting.
- Graphic design.
Note:
100% Onsite
Work Schedule: M - F 8a - 5p
OT as needed - usually M-F stay late or come in early
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
