Description:
The key responsibilities will be HR Generalist work:
- Providing employee and manager support to answer HR questions
- Coordinate EE engagement committee
- Posting open positions; supporting recruitment
- Provide weekly onboarding
- Managing Employee Relations issues
- Assisting with offboarding employees; partnering to reduce turnover
Specific Skills Needed:
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements:
- HR experience; Understanding of employee life cycle, employee relations experience
Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications:
- 2-3 years previous HR experience; ideally in manufacturing and/or working with diverse employee groups.
