Job Description
The hybrid-remote Business Intelligence Analyst supports business decisions through the development and delivery of value-added data and analytics. This requires understanding critical business issues and relevant actionable items from a data and business intelligence perspective. This position supports various business units at all levels in revenue operations, including executive management. This involves gathering requirements, drawing insights from data, building robust dashboards, preparing presentations, identifying inefficiencies, and ensuring the data within the solutions is accurate

Provides reports to stakeholders, executives and Enterprise Operations leaders that support business decision making, which involves the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Development of client and internal operational dashboards and reports via Tableau, Looker, Excel and other business intelligence tools.
- Data acquisition: Data for reports may be in different systems, which needs to be brought into a common database
- Data integration: Once the data is in a common database, the relationship between different sources needs to be defined and maintained for meaningful reporting
- Report and Dashboard development – collaborate with end users to understand business requirements; develop analysis to map to existing data assets and develop a plan for report fulfillment using automation where possible.
- Provide accurate, insightful reporting – specifically reports on operational metrics, activities, and operational productivity trends.
- Ensure that the content is reflective of the business and operational direction of the company
- Highly engaged to deliver reports on schedule and on time
- Provide oversight of information to troubleshoot reporting issues and unusual trends
- Can create robust and insightful visualizations.
- Performs ad hoc analysis as requested and generates business insights using a wide variety of data sources and BI tools
- Build and maintain relationships with users to ensure adoption and buy-in of reporting solutions.
- Research, analyze and interrogate business processes to create KPI’s and dashboards that will identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Supports change management

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, Masters is a plus
- 3 years of directly related experience.
- 2 years’ experience in utilizing tools to extract data points across systems
- 2 years’ experience in report development
- Proficiency in a BI Tool such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R
- Proficiency with standard business and database software (MS Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Excel, SQL)
- ML/AI experience is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written and group communication skills; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong quantitative analysis capabilities
- Ability to learn new software as it related to reporting analysis
- Team player as well as cross functionality
- A self-starter, highly motivated, "get-the-job-done" attitude
- A strong commitment to the Customer Experience
- Strong organization skills are required
- Strong presentation skills – will interface directly with internal customers and stakeholders
- Experience with Business Intelligence/data warehousing life cycle
