Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the direction of an RN/Advanced Practice Provider/Physician.
- Inform patients and families about treatments and medications being received.
- Document care provided via computer/written patient record in accordance with guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
