Job Description
- Under the direction of the RN/Advanced Practice Provider/Physician, contribute to patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Inform patients and families about treatments and medications being received.
- Document care provided via computer/written patient record in a manner consistent with guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing Program
