12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Sunday
10:00 AM - 6:00 Mon-Thurs
“Corfu Foods is looking for a positive and professional Order Entry Customer Service Agent to join our growing team in Bensenville, IL.

Job Summary
- Accurately enter sales orders into our order entry system.
- Communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives to ensure orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and handling requests via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate data entry to ensure the correctness of orders, shipments, and invoices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders.
- Address customer concerns and provide prompt solutions, escalating when necessary.
- Perform additional customer service-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, ideally within a sales order or order entry environment.
- Proven experience entering sales orders into an order entry system, with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Sage 100 or similar order entry systems is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with other ERP systems and CRM tools.
- Experience in a similar industry (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, etc.).
