Customer Service Representative- Medical Equipment

As a leader in our community and with the business continuing to grow, we are looking to add an outgoing, energetic representative to assist our clients in a retail setting.

What You Will Do:

• Assist walk-in customers with retail sales and orders and be knowledgeable of supplies, prices, and reimbursement.
  
• Obtain insurance information and verify according to company guidelines.
  
• Key all documentation into the computer and verify all information for completeness and accuracy.
  
• Responds to customer questions and concerns.

What We are Looking for:

• Previous experience in medical terminology, medical billing or related is helpful but not required.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette skills.
  
• Proven ability to stay organized and multi-task successfully with multiple priorities.
  
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  
• Experience within the medical field is preferred but not required.

Important Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: $18/hour

Location: Redwood Falls, MN
