- Responsibilities: The Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of efficient property operations Effective management of -and role model for- one's team Provides front-line support as needed Demonstrates outstanding customer service Composes, tracks and manages annual budgets, Collecting rents, fees, and delinquent accountsInvestigating and resolving resident issues Enforces rules of occupancy. Inspect properties and maintain outstanding curb appeal
Qualifications: 3 years of industry or Management or GM experience , Knowledge of computer operating systems (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel) Quick learner, and effective teacher Knowledge of Appfolio is a plus. Attention to detail and accuracy is required.

Compensation includes base pay of $22 to $30 per hour, plus incentives up to $8 per hour based on revenue collected, as well as annual performance compensation. The right individual is energetic, plays the long game, likes a challenge, and will focus on achieving 98% stabilized rent collection.
