Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Houseman to join our team. As a Houseman, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, responding to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.
Responsibilities:
• Remove dirty bedding and replace with clean pieces
• Vacuum rooms and corridors, clean floors, and disinfect bathrooms
• Fold clothes, place personal items on dressers or desks, and organize rooms for a clean and attractive appearance
• Refuel minibars, replace clean ice cubes, and replenish coffee services
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications and Skills:
• High degree of hospitality and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, quality, productivity, reliability, and adaptability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Benefits:
• Full-time position with weekly payments
• Availability: Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (weekends)
• Two days off during the week
