Responsibilities of the OMHC Program Manager

• Supervise therapists at their assigned hubs and ensure their job performance expectations are met
• Provide supportive therapy and substance abuse counseling for both individuals and groups
• Conduct intakes and assign to therapists as appropriate
• Oversees program goals and monitors program outcomes

Qualifications of the OMHC Program Manager

• Master’s degree in social work or a related field, Valid Licensure in the State of Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC)
• Three years of relevant work experience, including two years of supervisory experience
• Experience in Evidenced Based Practices and substance abuse is preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
