Pay Rate: Base bonus, BOE

Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Identification: Continuously find and assess new partnership opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with Sales, Technology, Marketing, and Product teams to meet business goals.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership deals, ensuring terms benefit both parties.
- Campaign Management: Oversee partner campaigns, including pricing, contracts, reports, and optimization.
- Leadership: Set goals, priorities, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategy.
- Performance Optimization: Implement strategies to improve performance and manage key projects.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team aligned with company goals.
- Budgeting: Plan and manage the unit's budget and resources.
Requirements:
- MBA or Master’s degree in a related field required.
- Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and hands-on management.
- Proven ability to develop partnership solutions that generate mutual value and drive business growth.
