The Associate Director, Talent Development will have the primary responsibility for leading and executing talent management and leadership development initiatives for the Consulting Staff. This role will oversee and project manage development programs, competency models, and the performance review process - ensuring that results align with firm objectives. The Associate Director, Talent Development will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze developmental trends and strive towards enhancing employee engagement, growth, and retention.

How You'll Help Our Team Succeed :
- Leads the design, delivery and evaluation of talent management and leadership development initiatives and programs, working closely with Talent leadership, practice leadership, and firm development committees to meet the evolving needs of employees and the firm.
- Develops and maintains career development programs, including comprehensive career paths, development experiences, and one-on-one mentoring frameworks.
- Develops and implements competency models that align employee skills with firm objectives.
- Oversees and project manages the performance review process, ensuring alignment with firm values and objectives.
- Develops and refines performance evaluation models for annual and ongoing feedback cycles.
- Lead continuous feedback and coaching initiatives to build a high-performance culture.
- Provides guidance, offers resources, and partners with Consulting staff to address career growth, leadership readiness and development needs.
- Identifies and analyzes development trends and skill gaps, and coordinates with the Talent Development team to address emerging needs
- Designs and executes talent assessments, including psychometric tools, 360-degree feedback, development centers, and executive assessments. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure assessments align with organizational goals.

A job offer and its corresponding salary will depend on one's geographic location, and how closely a candidate's skills, experience and education match the requirements for the role. At Cornerstone Research, we believe compensation is more than just a base salary. Boston : $134,000 - $172,600
New York : $139,700 - $179,700
Washington, DC : $133,100 - $171,300
