Cornerstone Signals & Cyber Technologies LLC is seeking experienced professionals to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) under a federal contract. We are looking for dedicated professionals with expertise in project management, executive support, human resources, procurement, IT administration, and logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to NIH OCIO leadership, managing daily schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior officials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with administrative policies.
- Act as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years direct experience supporting NIH OCIO.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior government officials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
