Intelligence Integration Action Officer
Cornerstone Signals & Cyber Technologies LLC is seeking an immediate fill for a highly motivated Intelligence Integration Action Officer to support Headquarters Space Force. This position will directly enable the S2I (Intelligence Integration and Partnerships Division) by executing administrative and coordination duties that support international engagement, policy development, and integration of intelligence capabilities across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will focus on enabling the force through task management, staff office support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will be expected to perform at a high operational tempo, support leadership at the General Officer/Senior Executive Service level and contribute to a fast-evolving mission space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key enabler within the S2I Division, executing and tracking tasks using the Task Management Tool (TMT). Manage task prioritization, suspense dates, and workflow efficiency. Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) is acceptable.
- Provide administrative support to the division, ensuring timely and accurate execution of staff actions and coordination across the intelligence and operations community.
- Support international engagement and partnership development activities, leveraging previous experience with international relations, interagency collaboration, and joint force operations.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and editing policy and strategy documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and staff communications.
- Participate in cross-functional working groups focused on space systems, space ground systems, and ISR integration. Must be capable of speaking competently on the space domain and its operational relevance.
- Maintain an understanding of core intelligence disciplines including SIGINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and MASINT, with a working knowledge of DOD and IC structures, IC Directives (ICDs), and DODIIS systems.
- Support planning and engagement efforts with U.S. and allied partners; contribute to SOP development in support of emerging relationships.
- Brief senior leaders, including General Officers and SES personnel, on key issues related to task execution and intelligence integration efforts.
Desired Qualities:
- Strong TMT experience and/or Air Force/Space Force staff administration background.
- Ability to learn quickly with minimal oversight; self-starter capable of problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within Joint Commands, Combatant Commands, or Intelligence Community agencies.
- Background or understanding in Electronic Warfare (EW) or Information Operations (IO) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with international partners and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the intelligence or defense community (15 years preferred).
- Demonstrated experience supporting IC, DoD, or joint military operations.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver high-level briefings and write concise, impactful reports for senior audiences.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
