- Assisting in the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts and agreements
- Managing FDD re-file requirements
- Conducting research on regulatory requirements
- Performing legal research on various topics
- Assisting attorneys in managing litigation matters
- Identifying potential legal risks
- Providing general administrative and legal support to attorneys
- Performing other tasks as assigned
