Job Title: Contact Center Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule Options:
- Position 1: Thursday - Monday, 11:30am - 8:00pm
- Position 2: Thursday - Monday, 7:30pm - 6:00am
Job Description:
Responsible for professionally answering incoming calls and electronic requests from patients, family members and other external parties to register new patients, schedule healthcare appointments, answer questions, handle complaints, and troubleshoot problems.
Requirements:
- Must have 2 year call center experience
- Proof of flu vaccination is required for this specific job opportunity
- Facility is tobacco-free, must be a non-smoker for this specific job
- Must have a stable work history - no job hoppers
- Healthcare experience is preferred
- Excellent and written communication skills resulting in positive communication
- Extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize activities
- Experience with using healthcare web-based applications - ability to work in a paperless environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- High school diploma or GED required
