Evening Shift: Monday thru Friday 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000

The following skills are needed to perform the duties of a Service Advisor:
- Assist customers with their service repair needs by reporting vehicle issues and recommending needed repairs
- Ability to create estimates
- Assigns repair orders (RO) to the trained technician who can complete the necessary repairs
- Answers customer questions regarding their vehicle and handle any issues that arise in a timely manner
- Ability to follow service department process and procedures
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates good communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrates professionalism in the workplace
- Demonstrates time management skills to keep up in a fast pace environment
- Previous service advisor or service technician experience (4-5 years) required!
- CDK experience preferred but not required
- Must pass a drug test, physical & background check
