Role Purpose
Business Partnership :Partners with Business leadership to assess strategy, deliver on financial targets, and key business initiatives
Develop business and financial recommendations to assist leadership with key business decisions such as cost reduction actions, footprint optimization, acquisitions & divestitures, capacity expansions and capital spendingCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and commercial, to support business objectivesClearly communicate the division financial results internally in a manner that enables understanding and drives action where appropriateServe as a key liaison between the division and corporate financeKey Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Analysis :
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, for management reviewAnalyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior managementPrepare and present financial reports, including monthly and quarterly results, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Financial Strategy and Planning :
Develop and execute the financial strategy for the division in alignment with corporate goalsBuild and maintain financial forecasting models to support business planning and decision-makingProvide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projectionsDirect the division and its various entities on all aspects of financial forecasts, annual budget and long-range planTeam Leadership and Development :Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environmentPromote continuous learning and professional growth within the teamExperiences / Education - Required
10 years of progressive financial leadership experience including experience in a global, complex environment.CPA or other equivalent certification (desired)Strong relevant academic credentials; ideally BS or equivalent with concentration in accounting or finance. MBA desired.Experience in a manufacturing company, including plant controllership (desired)Proven track record successfully managing the planning processes and implementation of all accounting operationsExperience providing guidance and delivering presentations to leadership making recommendations on key initiatives or actionsExperience interpreting financial results to develop and consult on strategic recommendations with business leadershipTrack record managing multiple projects and teams, ensuring compliance with best practices and reporting requirementsExperience serving as expert adviser to resolve and advise on ambiguous and unstructured management requests, applying macroeconomic thinking and identifying potential risksExperience leading teams, hiring and developing talentTravel Requirements

The range for this position is $158,526.00 - $217,973.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
