As a Strategic Campaign Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of Strategic Campaign Advisors in the implementation department, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Monitoring the performance of the SCA team, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success and team effectiveness. Providing reports to senior management as required.
- Continuously evaluating and improving implementation processes, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Serving as the primary escalation point for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that communication is timely, clear, and transparent throughout the account lifecycle.
- Working closely with other departments (such as Sales, Project Management, and Support teams) to ensure alignment on client goals and revenue attainment. Aligning callers to the requirements of the call campaign and monitor completion. Monitoring customer response regarding vendors that require more information to contact.
- Identifying project risks and work with SCA to develop mitigation strategies to hit revenue goals. Analyzing campaign results to ensure timely campaign results that are in line with projections. Engaging in creative problem solving with Vendor Enrollment, Project Management, and customer to resolve the gap should campaign results not meet expectations
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of leadership experience
- 2-4 years of sales, project management, data analysis experience, or a combination thereof
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of adaptability.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Proficiency in salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze data and present it internally and externally
- Ability to handle complex, high-pressure situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organizational and multitasking capabilities
