What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Leadership Development Program position at Corporate Headquarters?
The Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP) is an entry-level, rotational program that cycles the participant through three, eight-month rotations. This structure is designed to give you an opportunity to learn and contribute to our various business units across RTX. The program allows accelerated development opportunities with the goal of growing world class leaders through exposure to cutting edge technologies, products, and trends, working with leaders, and developing the skills and competencies needed to help shape the company's future.
Associates will work within multiple areas of the digital organization, engaging in front-line, hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch your capabilities and enhance your learning.
In addition to the hands-on experience gained through the rotation assignments, associates will receive high-caliber training, mentoring and guidance from RTX executives, current DLDP associates and DLDP alumni so you may build a strong and lasting global network of colleagues.
At the end of the 2-year program, associates will engage in a formal off-placement period where career planning sessions, networking events with business unit leaders and formal interviews will be held.
