What We're Looking For:
Position: Purchasing / Sales Support
Location: Barrington, IL
Employment Type: Full-Time In office position M-F 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter orders into Quickbooks and manage order processing
- Utilize QuickBooks for order management and invoicing
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to sales staff and clients.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Handle administrative tasks and assist with various office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is helpful
