Job Responsibilities:
- Learn the products - understand the services and products that we offer
- Manage customer calls, inquiries, and product specifications
- Update and manage CRM for all assigned accounts
- Provide external and internal customers with requested information
- Analyze problems and provide information or solutions
- Thoroughly document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
- Research CRM system to identify potential customers and aid in business development
- Update and maintain product data library
- Act as customer contact regarding pricing, order status, quality, scheduling & shipping
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales support or customer service experience required
- Experience troubleshooting/problem-solving
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Microsoft Word and Outlook experience
- Experience with any CRM is preferred
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
