The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Both strategic and tactical action focus sales acumen
- Build productive and trusting relationships with clients
- Attend both virtual and face to face meetings with existing clients and prospects
- Ability to work and understand a modern workplace
- Proven negotiation skills with proposals and contracts
- Research customer/prospect history, business, and pain points
- Industry association membership including event and meeting attendance
- Individual lead generation along with company generated marketing leads
- Account Management to identify cross sell opportunities
- Maintain and build a pipeline of new and existing client projects
- Coordinate with Project Managers to perform demos and develop proposals
- Vendor conference event travel and attendance
- Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base
- Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Sales experience of Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Software sales is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM applications and tools
- Understanding of sales processes (stages and steps) and sales methodology
- 1-2 years of field sales experience in business applications
- Effective proposal creation and presentation
- Comprehensive understanding of the design and implementation of business applications
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Driven and self-motivated
- Experience in strategically achieving monthly sales goals
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong networking skills
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A positive, “can do” attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
