Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. ERP and Systems Administrator to lead the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our ERP systems and other associated systems. The successful candidate will ensure the seamless integration and operation of our ERP system across various departments, support digital transformation initiatives, and provide technical expertise to enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the ERP system, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and availability.
- Configure and maintain ERP modules, workflows, and integrations with other applications.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity and security.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the companies’ systems.
- Develop, modify, and optimize SQL queries to support ERP system functionality and reporting needs.
- Ensure that SQL-based processes are efficient, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation projects, integrating ERP solutions with new and existing systems.
- Lead the implementation of new ERP modules and functionalities, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to general systems configurations, processes, and integrations.
- Provide advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving system related issues.
- Conduct training sessions for users to maximize the effective use of systems.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor system performance and business KPIs.
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP system administration.
- Proven track record of leading ERP implementations and upgrades within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SQL programming is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary : $105,000 - $120,000
