Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced clinical and operational nurse practitioner leader to join our team as the Nurse Practitioner. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with our strategic partners and internal teams to deliver a world-class care experience for patients living with chronic health conditions. Qualifications:
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Minnesota, showcasing your deep understanding of patient care, chronic heart health management, and the importance of considering consumer preferences and lifestyles.
- Clinical operations experience, with a focus on high-growth startup environments, remote monitoring, or health technology-related products, all with an emphasis on delivering consumer-oriented services.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders in a matrixed environment, driving cross-functional initiatives, and fostering strategic partnerships that enhance the consumer experience.
- Proven success in leading teams through change and ambiguity, leveraging your ability to connect the dots across complex processes and systems, always with an eye towards delivering lifestyle-oriented healthcare services.
