Corrigan Moving Systems is looking for a full-time, on-site Account Coordinator to work in our office located in Farmington Hills, MI.
The Account Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting our commercial team to provide our accounts an excellent customer experience, managing the details and scheduling pickups and deliveries, and keeping everyone informed of the logistics process.
Corrigan Moving Systems was established in 1929 and is an award-winning, professional, full-service relocation and logistics company. We focus on residential and commercial based customers that need moving and transportation services throughout the US. Corrigan Moving Systems is the largest moving company headquartered in Michigan, with several locations throughout Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Account Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Transportation – Work with our clients to schedule the appropriate form of transportation based on their needs.
- Work with Partnering Companies – Work with partnering companies in different states throughout the U.S. to schedule and manage jobs.
- Support Commercial Sales Consultant – Work directly with the client to schedule the appropriate manpower and resources based on each jobs’ parameters.
- Communication - Communicate regularly with clients, sales, drivers / carriers, and operations team both verbally and electronically.
- Register Orders – Set up all details of customer’s project in our computer systems.
- Inventory Management – Use Corrigan’s proprietary warehouse management program to receive in, track, and manage inventory and product for new and ongoing logistics projects.
- Logistics Tracking – Work with warehouse staff at our warehouse and warehouses across the U.S. to track, manage, and maintain inventory and delivery schedules of jobs throughout the U.S.
Account Coordinator Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Requires above average multi-tasking and time management skills
- Quick critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, friendly, positive, with a helpful demeanor
- Ability to work and keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Solid computer skills with ability to learn and utilize in-house software

Pay: $47,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
