LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a client of ours that is seeking a Logistics Account Coordinator for a large-scale project they are starting in April. Currently this is a 6 month long Contract position with potential for extension. Our client is a global supplier, so this is a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and potential issues.
- Provide proactive communication and updates to customers about their orders, including tracking information and any potential delays.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Manage inbound purchase orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment.
- Track orders through the supply chain, from order placement to delivery, and provide updates to customers.
- Facilitate order placement, changes, and cancellations as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, warehousing, and production, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues that may impact customer orders, working to find solutions and minimize disruptions.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve supply chain processes and customer experience.
- Provide guidance to customers regarding quantities in stock, production lead times, and transportation options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
- Contribute to the improvement of supply chain processes and customer service standards.
- Fully on-site
- Contract for 6 months with a possible for extension
- $23-28/hr. (may have a slight stretch)
