The Senior Director of Distribution is responsible for leading Corsair’s regional and international distribution operations, overseeing both company-operated and third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment centers. This executive-level role ensures that customer orders are shipped on time, accurately, cost-effectively, and in alignment with service expectations and corporate goals.
This position provides end-to-end oversight of distribution operations across multiple hubs in North America and Europe, with planned near-term expansion in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for performance management, process optimization, workforce planning, and driving improvements in warehouse execution and inventory control.
The role requires deep expertise in distribution strategy, 3PL management, and cross-functional collaboration with teams including Planning, Customer Service, Transportation, and Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the global distribution network across multiple self-run and 3PL-operated facilities
- Set and manage KPIs for all distribution hubs; drive accountability through data-driven monthly reviews
- Develop and manage the distribution operations budget, with a focus on cost efficiency and productivity
- Drive improvements in fulfillment speed, accuracy, CPU, inventory control, and labor efficiency
- Align with business growth and seasonal demands by evaluating and scaling capacity as needed
- Oversee 3PL vendor performance, contract negotiation, RFP processes, and business reviews
- Ensure strong integration and alignment with transportation strategies and carrier performance
- Manage returns and reverse logistics processes to ensure cost-effective and customer-centric execution
- Ensure compliance with routing guides from key retail partners including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and Costco
- Foster and develop a high-performing internal warehouse team; partner with HR on staffing strategies
- Ensure process controls are in place across shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and security
- Serve as a key partner in system integrations, including WMS/ERP improvements and implementations
- Domestic and international travel up to 25%
- 12 years of progressive experience in logistics and distribution, with senior leadership in multi-site operations
- Proven success managing hybrid distribution networks across regions, including 3PL and in-house facilities
- Extensive experience in warehouse process optimization, inventory management, and labor planning
- Strong grasp of international and domestic logistics requirements, documentation, and compliance
- Excellent track record in operational budgeting, cost control, and KPI ownership
- Experience managing returns, refurbishing programs, and reverse logistics
- Familiarity with retail compliance and routing guides for top-tier accounts
- Proficiency in Excel and analytics tools to drive insight and decision-making
- Expertise with WMS and ERP platforms (Oracle Cloud preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills across global teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) a plus
