THE ROLE
As the day-to-day Experiential Account Executive, you will work closely across all internal teams and assigned clients to understand brand goals / strategy, develop best-in-class programs, coordinate event logistics, and work on-site when we go live! This is a position that needs a combination of attention to detail, big thinking, and a can-do attitude.
This role will partner closely with the client, creative, finance and production teams on program development, activation and management and reports directly to the Account Director (AD).
POSITION DESCRIPTION
As an Account Executive, you must have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our clients’ creative, strategic and overall program objectives. The ability to effectively inform agency staff of all client needs through clear communication and the ability to manage the team (and client expectations) to succeed within established deadlines is mandatory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain activation calendars / timelines to manage the flow of work and ensure all program components and deliverables are met on-time and on-budget
- Create comprehensive meeting notes and recaps that can be shared with the client, internal team members, vendors, partners and staff to keep flow of work on track and all key stakeholders informed of upcoming next steps
- Establish project requirements, priorities and deadlines and gain alignment with internal and external teams
- Initiate all briefs for team with oversight from AD
- Support AD in planning meetings, presentations, calls-notes, and status for Brand programs, as directed
- Maintain and track all relevant project documents such as signed deliverables, project status report / update to management and clients
- Lead weekly internal status meetings, maintain weekly client status documentation
- Assist AD with managing budgets and processing client estimates and invoicing
- Partner with production and creative services to ensure timely deliverables and clear communication of client / agency objectives
- Compile research to showcase competitive brand activity
