We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our company at our Utica IL production facility.

This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee preventative maintenance program and maintain parts/supplies inventory, including sourcing appropriate vendors as needed.
- Establish positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Repair equipment in-house or outsource repairs as needed.
- Supervise and schedule maintenance work.
- Ensure appropriate recordkeeping is completed.
- Coordinate, troubleshoot and assist with equipment and facility repairs.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across shifts and departments.
- Promote and implement continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all safety quality and productivity standards and requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- You have a High School diploma/GED equivalent.
What Skills You Need:
- You have a valid US driver’s license.
- You know how to schedule work/jobs and you do a great job of following-up on completion status.
- You have a good understanding of maintaining/repairing, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mechanical power transmission systems, electrical systems, welding, and fabrication work.
- You are willing and able to work in environments that include: tight or closed-in spaces, climb stairs/ladders and working at heights, stand or walk for extended periods of time, frequent bending and reaching, working outdoors and in inclement weather.
- You are experienced in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel.
- You are able to work both independently and in a team environment with limited supervision.
- You are willing and able to work a day schedule as well as overtime hours including weekend work as needed during seasonal peaks.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Experience with a CMMS (SAP) for work orders and parts inventory.
- Automation knowledge.
- Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement and Standardized Work.
