Production Technician Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Technician to join our team at Corteva Agriscience in York, NE. The successful candidate will be responsible for running various process equipment, ensuring compliance with quality plan work instructions, collecting and recording data, and performing field management activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Run a variety of process equipment
- Ensure compliance with Quality Plan Work Instructions and Quality Plan requirements
- Collect and record data for continuous improvement projects and production records
- Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation
- Use automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks (computers, iPads, etc)
Requirements:
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motion and/or lifting
- Valid US driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle when needed
- Willingness/ability to work rotating shifts and overtime hours as needed
