Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc is the world’s largest wholesale and retail distributor of beauty supplies with over 4,800 stores carrying over 10,000 professional products for our customers. The Company operates primarily through two business segments, Sally Beauty Supply and Beauty Systems Group (BSG).
Our BSG Business Segment, branded as CosmoProf or Armstrong McCall franchise stores, is currently searching for enthusiastic Part Time Sales Associates to join our growing CosmoProf team! As a Sales Associate, you will be a part of a team-oriented and dynamic environment dedicated to servicing customers in the beauty industry. We believe that our success is based primarily on the quality and hard work of our valued team members, dedicated to providing our customers with the product knowledge and education needed to enhance their own success in the Beauty World.
Responsibilities:

• Provides superior customer service to our professional clientele by providing literature and explaining features and benefits on our products to ensure they are choosing the brands best suited for their business.
• Utilizes sales techniques such as suggestive selling to secure maximum sales.
• Records all sales transactions in the Point of Sale System and handles all monetary transactions accurately and effectively
• Assists in maintaining an excellent store appearance including performing light cleaning duties and ensuring shipment is processed and product is replenished as needed
• Demonstrates the highest level of ethical standards, with a drive to uphold our “Culture of Can Do”

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with prior cash handling experience a plus
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holiday hours as needed.
• Be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Be 18 years of age or older

Holding a license in cosmetology is desirable but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work setting:

• In-person

• Williamsville, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
