Cottage Grove Place is recruiting for a hospitality focused Laundry Associate to join our Environmental Services team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Laundry Associate:
- Ensures that all Health Center laundry is properly sorted, washed and dried according to State and Federal regulations.
- Cleans and redistributes the Community laundry.
- Operates commercial washing machines and dryers.
- Maintains laundry room in a clean, sanitary and safe condition at all times. Will be required to sweep and mop the laundry at least daily.
- Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
- Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.
- Transports clean and soiled linen to and from the Laundry.
- May assist in general housekeeping, as needed.
Salary Range: $14.00-$15.50
