What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transaction Coordinator position at COUNCIL Real Estate?

What You’ll be Doing
You’ll be working alongside the broker team that represents regional and national retail tenants as they expand their store counts in Georgia and the Southeast. You will be preparing deal files and working on location packages to include market research, property ownership research, site layouts and brokerage agreements. A core responsibility of this position requires managing date and time-critical actions for the firm’s business and brokerage teams.
· Coordinate brokerage activities including general office duties
· Prepare and manage client presentations
· Prepare and manage agreements including Letters of Intent, Commission & Listing Agreements
· Prepare client marketing materials for retail trade areas and property listings
· Manage transaction pipeline for firm's brokerage team
· Be a skilled user of our software suite: CoStar, Placer.AI, Regis, LandGlide, Horizon, etc.

What You’ll Need to Have
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Real Estate License Preferred (GA, AL, TN, SC, &/or FL)
· Worked 1-3 years in a professional services environment supporting senior colleagues
· High level of skill in working with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
· Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Photoshop)
