Country Club Care Center -
Receptionist Job Summary : To work under the direction of the Office Manager and Administrator while performing day-to-day receptionist and clerical duties in accordance with current Federal, State, local and facility regulations, guidelines and standards.
Receptionist Qualifications :
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
Receptionist Receptionist Duties, include but are not limited to :
Follow all facility and departmental policies, guidelines and directives when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies.
Answer the phone, direct calls and take messages.
Greet visitors and provide directions to specific locations within the facility, as needed.
Order office supplies and other departmental materials as assigned.
Monitor the activities of residents going in and out of the front door exit. Direct and / or escort those residents who need supervision back to their rooms or the nurse’s station, as needed.
File resident, employee and business records, as directed.
Complete departmental copying assignments as received.
Assist with handling the mail.
Handle potential applicant inquiries by informing callers of available positions, giving and receiving applications and notifying department heads of potential applicants in the building (in case they want to interview the applicant immediately).
