Job Summary:
We’re looking for a professional, friendly dealership receptionist to greet our customers with a smile. In this front desk receptionist role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact with all customers. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and some experience working in an admin role, preferably at a dealership. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and contacting customers
- Assist with office management tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
