Bartender / Server

The Country Club of Naples is seeking a full-time, year-round Bartender/Server to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can perform well under pressure while consistently delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be attentive, have excellent communication skills, and maintain a polished, well-groomed appearance in accordance with the club's standards.

Our food and beverage team works together to provide an outstanding dining experience for our members and guests. The role requires a highly self-motivated individual capable of interacting with members at a high level, while upholding the club's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive punctually and in the appropriate uniform, ready for service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members/guests in accordance with club specifications.
• Assist in event setups, serve food and drinks, and ensure efficient clean-up after events. Setup may involve moving bars, arranging glasses, and stocking supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area while offering friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare your section or event setup, ensuring all glassware, alcohol, and supplies are ready per club standards.
• Be fully knowledgeable of the menu and able to answer any questions from members or guests courteously.
• Present, open, and serve wine professionally and respectfully.
• Comply with all club policies and local/state alcohol service regulations.
• Communicate any food service or dining-related issues to management in a timely manner.
• Treat all members, guests, and team members with courtesy and respect.
• Handle member charges through the Northstar point of sale system.
• Follow health and safety protocols at all times, including breakdown of setups and proper storage of linens and supplies at the event's conclusion.

REQUIREMENTS

· Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

· Must be able to read menu items.

· Must be able to clearly communicate Member needs to other Team Members.

· Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

· Ability to Stand for 6-8 Hours

· A positive attitude while on the job is also essential.
