Job Summary:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Senior Food & Beverage Manager the Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all the Club’s food and beverage outlets.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Assist the Senior Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the operations of all food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure adherence to service standards, cleanliness, and efficiency in all outlets.
- Collaborate with the Senior Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth daily operations and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Order inventory of dining room items including silverware, coffee pots, water pitchers, glassware, flatware and china, salt and pepper shakers, sugar bowls and linen and ensure that they are properly stored and accounted for.
- Ensure that local and state laws and the club’s policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed.
- Assist in creating weekly schedules and completing weekly payroll through the ADP platform
Staff Supervision and Development:
- Support the hiring, training, and supervision of a professional and motivated restaurant team.
- Provide guidance and support to enhance employee performance and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a strong customer-centric focus.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and facilitating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Member and Guest Relations:
- Build strong relationships with club members and guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Respond promptly and effectively to member feedback, comments, and concerns.
- Assist in hosting special events and functions, coordinating with the events team to provide exceptional service and memorable experiences.
Education and Experience:
- 3 years of Resort or Private Club Experience Preferred; Basic Food & Beverage Service knowledge required.
- Associate degree or any other combinations of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Salary : $60,406 - $66,000
