What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Agent position at Country Inn & Suites GR Airport?
We're looking for Part-time front desk agents for all shifts.
First shift job duties include checking out guests and preparing paperwork for guests checking in later in the afternoon. Accommodating guests on the phone is also a job duty.
Second shift job duties include checking in hotel guests, answering guest questions, and accommodating guest needs throughout the evening. Working with guests on the phone is an important job duty.
Both shifts require the ability to perform side jobs (paperwork, preparing Member gift bags, updating conversation logs for the maintenance and housekeeping departments, etc.).
Responsibilities include:
- Being to work on time
- Performing to exceptional standards
- Working well with other hotel employees
- Being courteous and kind to guests
- Helpful attitude on the phone
- Understanding basic computer functions
- Choice Advantage Platform (We will train you how to use it)
