We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest relations in a hotel or resort environment.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest services and operations.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
Skills
- Strong background in hotel/resort is required.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Proficient in guest services and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this role.
