Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests.
- Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations using phone systems or reservation software.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Maintain an organized front desk area while adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or guest relations within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hospitality management practices and front desk operations is a plus.
- Proficient in using phone systems and reservation software; experience with night audit procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus.
