We are looking for a Full Time Office Administrative Assistan to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties for this position include but are not limited to: answering the phone, monitoring company emails, creating staff schedules, preparing weekly email for selling product, post on Facebook & Instagram, update webpage info, prepare newsletter, prepare memos, emails and hand outs for staff and events.

Job responsibilities:
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, forms.
- Update and maintain office documents
-Shipping orders
-Order office supplies
-Social Media Posts
-Create newsletters (20 pages, 5 per year)
-Compose weekly emails to customers
-Answer emails and phones
Requirements:
- Friendly and positive
-Proficient working on a computer
-Self motivated to work with problem solving skills
-Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop or similar, Constant Contact, Microsoft Office
