Job responsibilities:
Being here on time daily. Monday and Friday’s at 7:45 am and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7:20am to get surgical patients checked in.
Greeting Customers when they enter the building.
Learning Pulse and all the in’s and out’s.
Answering phone calls and taking messages, getting them to the correct team member.
This job includes being an assistant, technician and/or nurse. We all work together and do all jobs all the time, this allows more learning and less boredom in the work place.
Answering Voicemails and responding in a timely manner
Checking in and out of customers
Scheduling appointments with correct customers and times.
Keeping up with texting program answering and sending messages
Keeping up with emails and answering the Vet Matrix and making sure all records are scanned into the customer’s profile.
Keeping up with Arkansas Pet Services book
Cleaning surgical tools/Autoclaving
Cleaning and feeding cats/cat area in the morning and making sure they have fresh water and food at the end of the day.
Keeping clinic cleaned during slow periods ex, laundry, mopping, vacuuming, restocking paper towels, medicine bottles.
Making sure that any product on shelves is in stock by entering them into the order book so they can be ordered in a timely manner.
Getting Surgery forms done for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Register Microchips for the customers.
Help cleaning kennels when pets leave after surgery.
High School diploma required, may need to work a couple of Saturdays per year. Starting salary is for initial probationary period with an evaluation and raise offered. Please, do not call our office asking about your resume status as we are very busy and fast paced.
Applicant must answer questions and do assessments for consideration. A signing bonus of $500.00 is offered. These will be added to the candidates first paycheck after being hired and worked for 30 days. We offer a flat $100.00 per month for health insurance.
