We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. Initinal job details will be in the assistant role, communicating with current clients, following up with previous clients, and adding in new clients as they come.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market, whether they are buying, selling, or renting properties. This role requires EXCELLENT customer service skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a thorough understanding of real estate transactions and the processs of helping a client from day one decide on a better fututre. Responsibilities
- Assist daily operations of transactions, answering questions to clinets, and making sure daily tasks are completed. Ensuring that transactions are on time and on target.
- Conduct market research to identify competitive properties and assess market trends. Email management is REQUIRED, along with CRM knowledge.
- Constant communication is key and REQUIRED.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations.
- Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Manage property listings and ensure accurate representation in marketing materials.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers and inspectors, to facilitate transactions.
- Prepare necessary documentation for transactions and maintain organized records.
- Utilize administrative skills to manage schedules, appointments, and client communications effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service; prior experience in real estate is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
- Knowledge of property management principles is preferred.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid real estate license is required.

Pay: $76,045.00 - $89,069.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 60 per week
