As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in administrative tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Answer phones
- Set up jobs, create work orders, keep in contact with customers, and schedule service appointments
- Filing
- Assist HR with uniforms
- Mailings
- Keep track of service contract agreements and scheduling (generator, etc)
- Post work schedule changes
- Order office supplies
- Assist with parts orders and follow up with suppliers
- Schedule disconnect/reconnects and OUPS tickets for service departments
- Call in inspections
- Type estimates
- Run front office (receive deliveries, direct traffic, receive payments)
- Manage time off requests
- Manage on-call program
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning
Experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Willingness & ability to learn
- Over the phone customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
